Office assistant and receptionist in the administration area for 40 hours per week
Requirements:
- Minimum completed apprenticeship as an office clerk,
or HAK/HASCH degree or similar - Office practice required -
- Very friendly and motivated demeanour
- Precise work a prerequisite -
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a team
- English skills
Tasks:
- Receiving visitors
- Taking over the telephone switchboard
- Administrative work
- General office work
- Supporting the accounts department
We offer:
- Annual position
- 5-day week, 40 hours per week
- Performance-related pay depending on qualifications
